TRF joined TGF (his father) in 1983 after 7 years with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. At Peat Marwick, he worked on the audit staff serving small business. He was also involved in tax preparation and planning for these clients. At the time he left Peat Marwick, he had been promoted to senior manager and was responsible for local office training, and scheduling in addition to his client duties. After joining TGF, he took over responsibility for tax compliance and information systems. Together they have served small business and individual clients, bringing large firm concepts to the smaller firms. TRF is a member of the tax and personal financial planning divisions of the AICPA.
