All of our services include the following features:

A Fixed Investment The value of this service is established with you in advance and you can select a payment plan, which suits your budget. This way there are no surprises for you. If you have questions during the year, we encourage you to call us. There are no additional charges for phone calls. If work is desired that is a change in scope, then we will discuss the fee with you prior to performing any additional work.

Client Service Manager A client service manager will be assigned to your account who is responsible for all aspects of our services to you. This will allow you to have at least two people in our firm that you can call with questions.

Our Work is Guaranteed You rightly deserve quality work completed in a timely manner. If you are not delighted with the work we do for you, we respect your right to withhold or adjust your fee.

Guaranteed Response Time to Return Your Telephone Calls If for some reason your account manager is not able to take your call and no-one else is able to immediately assist you, your call will be returned before the end of the next working day.

Basic Service – Tax Compliance and Planning

This service includes the above features plus:

Preparation of Business Income Tax Returns The preparation of your business income tax returns is critical to you. Our specialists will take your data and prepare the returns in accordance with the appropriate tax codes and rules. The returns will be prepared in time for you to review them prior to filing.

Interim Financial Statements We will analyze your financial records during the year and adjust the accounts as necessary. This will give you important information about how your business is operating during the year. You will have the chance to make changes in your operations during the rest of the year if necessary.

Year-End Tax Planning Review We agree, no one likes paying taxes. So that your share is fair and equitable, we will do everything we can within the guidelines. So that you avoid the need for last-minute tax strategies, you will have your options reviewed in the last quarter of the financial year.

Guaranteed Turnaround Time for your Work of less than 20 Working Days We guarantee your work will be completed within 20 working days of you providing all materials to us. This will enable you to make pro-active decisions, rather than reacting to historical data. This is our guarantee to you. The turnaround time is 15 days for Bronze Service and 10 days for Silver and Gold Services.

Bronze Service – Financial Analysis and Compliance

The Bronze Service includes all of the above features plus:

Annual Financial Statements You will receive a set of compiled financial accounts after year end, which gives important information about how your business performed during the year.

An Analysis of Where Your Money Came From and Where it Went You will receive an analysis that shows just where money came from during the year and where it went to. We do this in a graphical way so that it is easy for you to see how the government still has their hand out for their share when you may not have any money in the bank. (But we will be working together to ensure this is never the case)

Annual Review of Needs We will annually review with you your needs using a formal checklist that addresses seven major topics, such as financial planning, risk management, computerization and business planning.

Trend Analysis You will receive an analysis of the most important trends in the progress of your business. We do this in a graphical way so that the trends become clear to you.

Taxation Audit Protection You will not incur any professional costs from us if you are selected for taxation audit. You will, of course be liable for any tax or penalties that arise from an audit. This is true for Federal, State and Local income, sales and withholding tax. There is a cap of $3,000 for this protection.

Assistance with Accounting Systems During the year, situations will come up requiring consultations on the accounting and computer systems. Our team is trained in several of the more common accounting systems. We are available to help with problems as they arise.

Silver Service – Business Mentoring and Coaching

The Silver Service includes the above features plus:

An Annual Cash Flow Projection and Profit Plan This assures that your business performs to the expectation that you commit to at your strategic meeting at the beginning of the year. We will review this together when we review your interim financial accounts. And we adjust for variances to get a realistic view for the rest of the year.

Quarterly Financial Statements We will analyze your financial records during the year and adjust the accounts as necessary. This will give you important information about how your business is operating during the year. You will have the chance to make changes in your operations during the rest of the year if necessary.

Net Worth Change Are you in business to improve your net worth? If not, we suggest that you should be. And to help you stay committed to this path, your asset base will be broken up into each economic sector and examined for economic return. Your results will be graphically represented, so that you can see for yourself your increasing net worth. And exactly where it is coming from.

Your Key Performance Indicators Reviewed Quarterly And what is a KPI? This is a measurement of the performance of those activities within your business that you absolutely MUST get right. How do you know which activities you must get right? Your business’s governing economic purpose will be identified, and from this we will extract those activities which are most critical to its success. For Gold Service, this is reviewed monthly.

Quarterly Management Services We will meet with you to review your operations and financial performance. This will be a fairly formal meeting to discuss performance and agenda for the next quarter and year. Topics will include business development ideas and other areas of the management control plan. For the Gold Service, this service will be performed on a monthly basis.

Gold Services – Focus on Business Growth

The Gold Services include the above features plus:

Business Development Services We will assist you with growing your business using various resources as needed and agreed upon as part of our annual planning session and management control plan.

Inclusion in Our Business Getting Results Group This group meets monthly for one to two hours to discuss various topics affecting our clients. We will present information as a starting point for discussion. The true benefit of this group will be the interaction with the other participants of the group.

Business Management and Growth Seminars You will be invited to our seminars on business and financial management. We will offer an annual seminar on financial management and periodic seminars on management topics.
