Seminars The next session of our Build your Business workshop is tentatively scheduled to be presented in October, 2002, at the St. Louis Marriott West Hotel. This workshop will give you simple steps to success that will improve customer satisfaction while decreasing your workload.The seminar will focus on three main areas: 1. Leadership and Planning 2. How to Set Yourself Apart from the Competition 3. How to Use Systems to Build Your Business.
Businesses Getting Results We now have two Businesses Getting Results(BGR) groups which meet once a month to discuss a topic that affects their business. The groups consist of small business owners and advisors who use each other to push their business to new heights. The meeting lasts 1 and 1/2 hours. One group is normally on the second Tuesday of each month and the other group meets on the third Thursday, both beginning at 8 am. The meeting is facilitated by one of the business development professionals at FitzGerald & FitzGerald, P.C. but is quickly transformed into an exchange of ideas by the participants. For small business owners that sometimes do not know what their next step should be, this is a great way to ease into doing something that will significantly help their business.
